Every couple of years, credit unions enlist the assistance of third party auditors to conduct a verification of member accounts. You may have recently seen a notice posted in our lobby and a message in our monthly member statements regarding this process. Unfortunately, there was an error with the statements members received and each statement included a return envelope printed with our third party auditor name and address.
We understand how this has been confusing and upsetting to some of our members. We apologize profusely for the misunderstanding and will strive to better communicate this process with members in the future.
