Now you can conduct most account transactions from the comfort of your home
or office ... all you need is Internet access, your member account number,
and a password. Your password may be 7-15 characters and must contain both
letters and numbers. It is case-sensitive.
The first time you log in you will be asked to select three
security questions and a security image. Once this one-time set-up
process is completed, you will be able to retrieve your
own password anytime, if you ever forget it. If you need

Banking allows you to:

and to or from other designated accounts.
- Check account balances.
- Review account history.
- Make loan payments.
- Monitor deposits and
withdrawals.
- Access the Bill Payer
feature of HFS and pay your monthly bills electronically.

all data transmission
is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access to your account
information.
- Transfer funds between
your family members' accounts or your personal/business
accounts. To use this feature, you must provide CSULA-FCU
with written authorization BEFORE your first cross-account
transfer (call or come in for more information).
Bill Payer Service
Say goodbye to the hassles of your monthly bill-paying routine
by using the Bill Payer feature of HFS Online Banking. It's
the easiest, fastest and most convenient way to pay ALL your
bills! (You must have a Credit Union Checking Account to use
the Bill Payer feature.)
- Bill Payer Service is FREE of charge!
- Recurring payments can be set up for the
same amount on the same day of every month.
- Variable payments can be set up for unscheduled
bills that vary in amount and frequency.
- While in the Bill Payer system, you can
confirm or cancel each transaction.
- You can access the Bill Payer system
to verify that bills were paid or to monitor the history
of payments.
